I’ve had a couple of enquiries how to use the online photoservice to get the complimentary downloads for guests or to purchase prints, so I thought I would post a simple explanation of the process. But if you still have questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Family, friends and guests can pre-register to view the couple’s gallery by clicking on the link in the blog entry of the couple’s wedding. Once the couple have viewed their images and okayed sending out the passwords, email invitations are then send to those that have registered.
On the invitation email their will be a unique link to the gallery which you click on. The email will contain the gallery password that will give you access to view the images in the gallery. The following steps are illustrated with screen grabs (click image to view larger)
1. Click the Link, Use the Password
Clicking the link in the email invite will take you to the Gallery Password Required page. Use the password in the email to access the gallery.

2. View the Gallery
After entering the password you will be able to view thumbnails of the gallery one by one, or as a slideshow. You can view a full page version of an image by clicking on the chosen image.

An excellent summer day for the wedding of Melissa & Ben, their wedding a transatlantic affair with many members of Melissa’s family arriving for the States. The guests really enjoyed the the historic setting of Southwell Minster, but probably not as much as I did.

Monique & Russell’s wedding is next month, whilst they live down south it is taking place in Nottingham. So on a visit back to Nottingham we meet for a pre wedding shoot. Whilst having a wander round Bestwood Country Park for their pre wedding shoot we discovered that we had some mutual friends. Surprising how small the world can be a time.

Ellen & Adrian held their Wedding Vows renewal ceremony at the charming Charlotte House Hotel. An opportunity for family and friends to gather together before the couple return to their overseas posting.

A Sunday having a wander around Belton House with Marie & Ed and their kids to do their pre wedding shoot was a pretty good way of spending some time.
The pre wedding shoots are a really good way to get to know couples and find out what they are comfortable with. And with Ed being a photographer he was no so keen on being on the other side of the Camera
A late summer afternoon wedding at West Bridgford, and a relaxed evening celebration at The Monkey Tree. A bit different from the riot at the Lace Market Hotel that started the day

Lucy & James are getting married at Hardwick Hall in later in the year, so we arranged to a pre wedding shoot in the grounds of the hall that is close to Chesterfield. Although we couldn’t do photos inside on the day, the Hall with it’s huge windows and very large rooms will make for some exciting photographs on their wedding day.
